Pratiksha Travels Cancellation Policy

At Pratiksha Travels, we understand that plans can change. However, due to prior commitments and advance arrangements, the following cancellation charges will apply to all confirmed bookings:

Cancellation Charges

Within 24 hours of departure:
✅ 100% of the booking amount will be charged (No Refund)

Within 24 to 48 hours of departure:
✅ 70% of the booking amount will be charged
✅ 30% refund (if applicable)

More than 48 hours before departure:
✅ A cancellation fee of ₹200 per seat will be charged
✅ Remaining amount will be refunded

Additional Notes

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp to be valid.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.

No refunds will be applicable for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

These charges apply to all services including Mumbai Darshan, Holiday Packages, Resorts & Villas, and Rental Car & Bus services, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
